-12/22/05- The CAR Holiday Party was a huge hit! Thanks to everyone that was able to make it, we had a blast! The main event of the day was of course the Christmas Toy Run, with the entry fee being simply a new, unwrapped toy to benefit the kids! Its shows like this that make what we all do well worth it. The pictures for the days events have been uploaded so make sure you check them out! With the years final event being over, we here at Classics And Rods of Southern Nevada wish everyone a very happier holiday season and an even happier new year! We thank everyone who we met this year for taking an interest in the local scene and look forward to the new faces and new rides that will join in on the fun next year. Speaking of which, our first event of the new year should be shaping up over in our forums very soon, so be sure to stop on in and share some input so you can cruise out with us. Thanks again everybody for keeping yesterdays history of classics and rods on today's roads, and driving them into our future! -12/17/05 CAR's are meeting this morning at 10am to prepare for the toy run meeting at the Henderson Sonic Drive-In on Boulder Hwy near Lake Mead. -10/23/05- Aww, the beautiful weather is once again upon us and the shows will
run rampant! -10/8/05- The cruise out to Overton was great and so was the show! Many new
cars as usual; the weather behaved as best as it could but turned out
awesome. Congrats to Adam for taking the 50/50 drawing and a few other
door prizes. Kicking off the awards, Dan, Adam and Justin were
recognized at the show as “Youngbloods” being the youngest to enter cars
this year and for keeping yesterday’s Classics and Rods to today’s
roads! The recognition gave us some great publicity and helped us
meet some wonderful people out at the show. The guys up in Overton
really know how to put out a killer car show. Can't wait till next year!
Check back in a few days for complete pictures of this event, as well as
belated Super Run shots. -10/5/05- Overton, Nevada will be our next jaunt! “Thank Goodness It’s Fall
