Several reasons,

1) I have been storing the car @150.00 bucks a month for over 4 years.
2) I have only driven the car maybe 20-25 times in the lasst 4 years.
3) I bought a turbo svo mustang that I am going to play with for a while so I can later do a big block turbo car.
