That sounds good. That weekend or the 15th, which ever gets more people there. Labor Day and Super Run have two weekends tied up already. We can go
any weekend. Its always a blast and great to leave the heat for a day.

Theres a good chance I won't be able to make it no matter what weekend it is; the whole month I will be in middle of a big job transition so can't
take time off. We'll just hope for the best and see what happens

Ok guys heres the big downlow. I am still working to recover us fully but its just getting too close to the Mt. Charleston run so I've opened up this
forum only so we can all post and get the details worked out again. Basically at the moment we have no posts from after july 20th, which is Most of
the charleston thread, so Brian if you don't mind could you remind us of the site numbers and other details and we'll take it from there?
thanks again for everyones patience on this, trust me its been a bad month sorting through all this. Once everything is back to normal I will go into
detail of what happend but for now lets just focus on next weekends trip. If you will be joining us please post here again and let us know just so we
can plan for parking and all that. Any questions or problems please U2U me (don't post problems, just u2u me about them). Also, ignore the photo
gallery, I'm aware of its troubles. now lets have fun, and enjoy being
back on the official Classics And Rods Garage! (kinda)

Justin I dont think you need to bring enough biscuts for 2 days.I will be making pancakes on sunday morning becuase they are quick and easy and we
will have to brake camp on sunday.I can make 10 six inch pancakes at a time so everyonecan eat till they are full. How about bringing a bottle of syrup
for sunday instead? We can cook biscuts in a dutch oven if you want to bring a couple of tubes of buttermilk biscuts with some butter and jelly I will bring potatoes but I need a head count so how about starting a list of
foods and who will bring them.We will need someone to bring the bacon and someone to bring sausage and of course we will need eggs for saturday
morning. It will be easier if every one just brings a piece of each meal.We need 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts and everyone can bring what they want for
themselfs for lunch.I have been doing alot of camping latley with large groups and I found it works better having everyone bring a piece of a meal
instead of trying to bring all the meals for themselfs.I am happy to do most of the cooking but I will need a hand with this large of a group.

The four of us ,and dog, will be there Friday evening. We'll probably be heading out around 4pm ( school gets out at 3:10). I can bring up the eggs,
bacon and sausage. I'll throw in the dutch oven and horseshoes too. I can bring some homemade potato salad too .

We need to set up a menu and get a head count.so far we have a head count of 12 and only a few have posted up.Our final head count should be about
25.For a menu I think burgers and dogs for friday and chicken (or steaks) for saturday. For breakfast on saturday a big breakfast is in order. For
sunday I have a big bag of pancake mix so sunday morning is covered.Post up your Ideas everyone so we can get this menu done and have everyone bring a
piece of it so it is cheaper for everyone to come camping.Everone bringing all there own food is expensive and requires alot of cooler space.

alrighty Rich, i can skip the biscuits and gravy, i'll bring bacon for about 25 people for 2 days... and i will shred up some poor-taters. i wont put
onion in them i cant slice onion. so that should free up some dutch oven space. we can do frankengrill-cakes for both breakfasts.
i'll bring some side stuff (dont know yet) for the dinners.
i still got some sodas and ice, prolly Dr pepper and pepsi, anyone else can bring their poison.
Brian does up some good ribs, i am sure we can toss them in the mix somewhere too.
anyone else feel free to bring your fav stuff along, i'll send out another email lettin some others know the forums are up for the temp.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to make the trip to Charleston on any of the days. The good news, on the 14th of September, we will be getting the
keys to our house we are moving into. So, we will be busy that whole weekend.

We won't be able to make it. We don't have anybody that can take care of our animals right now. Maybe next year we'll be able to make it. Hope
you have a nice time.
