Christmas Toy Run – Saturday, December 17, 2011 Meet at Mystic Casino (920 S. Boulder Hwy., Henderson, NV) at 11:00 am and leave with Santa in his sled car to Robert Taylor ES. There will be free food and beverage for all to enjoy. The LVCA is asking for a toy donation for the less fortunate kids.CAR Holiday Party
The date has been set for Saturday, December 10, 2011. The party will start around 3:00 pm, or so at Dan & Angie's house. As always, there will be a gift exchange. Please bring a WRAPPED gift (no names). Kids are encouraged to come. The kids will have a gift exchange too. It's that time of year again...OVERTON'S FALL FESTIVAL CAR SHOW :dance: 13th Annual Fall Festival Car Show Saturday, October 15, 2011 Overton Park on the Green 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Pre-Register - $25 At the Gate - $30 Free full breakfast for all registrants! We'll do what we have been doing for years and meet at the Chevron Station on the corner of Lake Mead Dr. and Olsen St. (going towards the lake, it's on the LEFT hand side), in Henderson. I don't have the street address, but once you get to Boulder Hwy. and Lake Mead Dr., keep heading for the Lake on Lake Mead Dr. and go about three (3) miles and the Chevron Station will be on the left, if you see Sonic on the right....you've gone too far. We'll met up at 5:30 am and leave a little before 6:00 am, so we are not in the back row as there are always a bunch of cars already there before we get there. After the show on the way back, we can stop near the Valley of Fire for some excellent picture taking...? Pre-Registration will be from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm @ Boulder Dam Hotel on Friday, September 23, 2011. No pre-registration applications will be accepted after 5:00 pm. $20 per car, pre-registration $30 per car, day of show Cruise Night - Friday, September 23, 2011 - Meet @ Bicentennial Park @ 4:30, then cruise on over to Railroad Pass for the Buffet (or just meet there at 5:00 pm) Car Show - Saturday, September 24, 2011 - Bicentennial Park @ Colorado St. & Nevada Way Meetup that morning at Friendly Donuts (Boulder Hwy & Palo Verde Way - In the Smith's shopping center) @ 7:00 am & roll out @ 7:30ish.
